Her true passions are honeybees, go-carting and tiny-house living, but we think she really prefers creating flow charts and spreadsheets in her spare time.

Shawn Primavera, Partner

Shawn has been taking the recruiting world by storm for several decades with his unique style of sourcing before sourcing was cool. His recruiting experience runs so deep that LinkedIn runs new features by Shawn Primavera for the nod of approval before rolling them out to the rest of us.

People who know Shawn look to him as the big brother they all wish they had on their side on the playground. He doesn’t suffer fools and will give you the straight talk you know you need, but Shawn is our team’s biggest fan and manages to bring the best out in everyone. Our clients sleep soundly at night knowing Shawn leaves no stone unturned finding that needle in the haystack candidate in his well-connected network.

While not stacking your organization’s deck with the highest performers, Shawn can be found in his kitchen whipping up his grandmother’s recipe of Bolognese sauce for his family. He always manages to save a little for his French bulldog, Coco.

Her background spans strategic recruitment, and implementation of strategic HR programs, such as: employer branding, on-boarding, performance management and career development.

She doesn’t miss a trip to the Mars Cheese Castle and is an avid fashionista, making the rest of us look like a bunch of slouches. But let’s be honest, most of her waking hours are spent finding quiet spots in the office to focus and avoid gossip about the tastiest flavor of Pringles, who was in jeopardy or Dancing with the Stars, and which super hero has the most enviable powers.
